“My passion has always been craftsmanship, working with my hands and making products from start to finish. The handmade artisan process is a form of art in my eyes and this you can taste in the finished products at Davie’s. I worked over 20 years in professional kitchens in 5* Hotels, Michelin star restaurants and modern brasserie’s.
With this knowledge and passion I followed my dream and started my own sandwich bar to share these skills, tastes and flavors.”

At Davie’s we have a small sandwich menu with high end quality ingredients. The sandwiches are filled with homemade items like; pastrami, aged hams, smoked salmon, fresh steak tartare and more. Every sandwich has a different bread that are made especially for Davie’s by Amsterdam bakery ‘Kaandorp’. Gluten free sandwiches are available in Davie’s.

There also will be a changing sandwich special following the season. Ask in the shop ‘what’s cooking’
